These Terms of Service govern use of the SpielZent website, customer account and storefront features. Purchases are additionally governed by the SpielZent AGB.

Accounts and security

Customers must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and notify SpielZent of suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud or abuse.

Products and availability

SpielZent may offer physical gaming gear and accessories as well as digital game keys and vouchers. Availability, platform, region, activation requirements and product-specific restrictions are shown on the relevant product page where applicable.

Digital codes

Customers are responsible for checking platform, region, edition and activation requirements before ordering a digital key or voucher. Statutory rights for defective or non-conforming digital products remain unaffected.

Fair use

Automated abuse, resale fraud, payment fraud, attempts to bypass security controls and unlawful use of the service are prohibited.
