SpielZent

AGB - General Terms and Conditions

SpielZent · Bahnhofstraße 10 · 66125 Saarbrücken · Germany

1. Scope and contracting party

These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed with SpielZent for physical goods, gaming gear, digital game keys, vouchers and other products offered in the online store. The contracting party is SpielZent, Bahnhofstraße 10, 66125 Saarbrücken, Germany.

2. Contract formation

Product presentations are invitations to place an order. A binding contract is formed when SpielZent accepts the order, confirms acceptance, supplies the digital product, or dispatches the physical goods, depending on the checkout process and product type.

3. Prices and payment

The price displayed during checkout applies to the order. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before delivery or digital fulfilment unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Physical products and delivery

Physical products are delivered to the delivery address supplied by the customer. Delivery times and charges shown during checkout or on the product page apply. Statutory rights concerning defects, non-delivery and transport risk remain unaffected.

5. Digital keys and vouchers

Digital products may be supplied through the customer account, email or another stated electronic method. Customers must verify platform, region and activation requirements. A digital product is considered provided when the key, voucher or means of access is made available to the customer.

6. Withdrawal and returns

SpielZent does not offer a separate voluntary refund guarantee. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Physical goods may be returned when a statutory withdrawal or other legal return right applies. For paid digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire once supply begins if the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance, acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right, and the legally required confirmation has been provided.

7. Defects and statutory remedies

Statutory rights for defective, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming physical and digital products remain unaffected. A no-voluntary-refund policy does not exclude remedies required by applicable law.

8. Liability

Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Contact

Questions concerning an order, return, digital key or voucher can be sent to info@artcomtech.com.
