Returns Policy
SpielZent does not provide a separate voluntary money-back or refund guarantee. Returns, repayments and other remedies are provided where required by statutory consumer, withdrawal, warranty or defect rights.
Physical products
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, eligible physical goods can be returned within the applicable withdrawal period. Goods should be returned complete and securely packaged. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods may result in responsibility for diminished value where permitted by law.
Digital game keys and vouchers
Digital keys and vouchers cannot simply be returned like physical goods after digital supply has begun where the statutory withdrawal right has validly expired. This requires the legally necessary express consent and acknowledgement before supply. Rights relating to defective, invalid, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming digital products remain unaffected.
How to request a return
Contact SpielZent with your order number and the product concerned. For physical goods, return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided where required. Do not send physical goods without sufficient information to identify the order.
Repayment where legally required
If a withdrawal or other statutory remedy requires repayment, SpielZent will process the repayment in accordance with applicable law. For a consumer-goods withdrawal, repayment may be withheld until the goods are received back or proof of dispatch is supplied where the law permits.
